What a wonderful film. It's very, very talky, and there's not much action, but it had me absolutely riveted to what was going on. Great performances all around. It's a bit jumpy in about the last half hour of the film, but I understand why they had to do it for story purposes. I'm not sure how I would have fixed that. It's based on a true story, and it makes me really interested in finding out what actually happened. To me, that's the true indication of how much I like a movie. The last time that happened was with "Seabiscuit".

I also loved the very ending of the film, which is actually not part of the plot but rather the ending credits. There is no better way to hear the song than on bagpipes.

A definite, absolute recommend.
