Carson Street Cafe/Golden Nugget in Las Vegas - dinner - March, 2003

The coffee shop at the Golden Nugget is called the Carson Street Cafe and turned out to be not just a regular coffee shop, but they had some good selections available.  Dinner was good, and I had a pasta dish similar to one that I always order at California Pizza Kitchen, and I actually liked this pasta dish better as it wasn't quite as dry.  Our server was from Bulgaria, and he was not just good at his job but also personable and funny.

(I realize this is a very short review that doesn't tell you much, but suffice it to say that we all really enjoyed our meal there, and I'd definitely make a return visit and recommend it to others.)
